Cherished Host Homes

Biblical Hospitality, Lived Out

Do you have an extra bedroom and a heart made for life-giving hospitality?

Cherished Host Homes are the foundation of Lovli Life. Through this model, ordinary households become places of extraordinary stability. Your home could be the safe space a mother needs to carry life. An environment where she is met with safety, dignity, and open arms throughout one of the most vulnerable seasons of her life.

Hosting is not about saving her. It’s about walking beside her.

Could this be something you were made for? What would it mean for you to open your doors for life to flourish?

What is the Cherished Host Home Model?

The Cherished Host Home model is a relationship-based, 9-18 month housing placement for pregnant women who lack the support system needed to carry their baby to term and beyond.

Rather than short-term crisis care, Host Homes provide:

The Right Motivation

Hosts open their homes in response to the love they themselves have received from Jesus Christ. Sharing your everyday life with someone is no small thing and challenges will arise. Ensuring that you are opening your home with the right motivation will help the rest fall into place.

An Extra Bedroom & Stable Housing

Host Homes provide mother and child(ren) with their own bedroom. Ideally, Host Homes also provide separate living quarters so that mother and child(ren) can have privacy and maintain development of their family unit, while being in close proximity to support.

Meeting Basic Needs

Hosts are responsible for providing food, transportation assistance and basic necessities at no charge. Mothers are provided with access to community resources to help cover baby items, clothing, and other needs that may arise.

Providing a Family & Community

While being hosted, mothers and child(ren) are made to feel like a part of “the family” and invited to and included in the day-to-day family life rhythms, such as mealtime, grocery shopping, basic house chores, outings, holiday celebrations, and church or small group attendance.

A Host Home may be a married couple, a family, or a single woman who feels called to practice biblical hospitality in a tangible way. Lovli Life surrounds both the Host Home and the mother with structure, coaching, and support, so no one is navigating this alone.

You cannot call women away from abortion without also offering a real, life-honoring solution.
