Ron Leet
Chief of Operations / Co-Founder

Raised in a family of seven children, Ron grew up in a military household. His father’s 23 years of service in the Air Force took the family from Asia, across the United States, to Europe, and back again instilling in him adaptability and a broad perspective from an early age.

Ron later served 26 years in the U.S. Army as a communications officer, with assignments in Korea, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and several locations throughout the United States, retiring in 2001. Following his military career, he continued supporting the Army as a communications operations manager, maintaining his lifelong commitment to service. His blended family of five children and six grandchildren keep his life full of joy.

In his free time, Ron enjoys carpentry, tinkering with hands-on projects, home renovations, volunteering, golf, travel, and supporting his bride’s interests and passions. These pursuits reflect his passion for building, problem-solving, and staying active in both his community and personal life.
